Restricted Regions
GE-AS is a global platform with users across many countries. A few rules and access notes apply based on where you are.
Global Rules
- Age: you must be at least 18 years old to use GE-AS. This applies globally.
- Jurisdiction: the platform is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By using the platform you agree to UAE jurisdiction for any legal matters.

Region-Specific Features
Some features are only available in selected regions while we expand:

Sanctioned and Excluded Regions
The platform cannot be used from regions covered by international sanctions. The current exclusion list:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (DPRK)
- Syria
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
If you create an account from an excluded region, your account may be suspended on review. If you are unsure whether your region is supported, contact support before depositing funds.
Using GE-AS While Travelling
You can use your existing GE-AS account from any country (excluding the regions noted above). If you log in from a new location or device, you may be prompted for additional verification. This is standard security and is not a regional block.
