Pilots Overview

Pilot Mode lets you trade alongside experienced traders on the platform. You browse pilots, look at their track record, and choose one to follow. While you are following, your wallet runs the same trading approach as the pilot, scaled to whatever amount you decide to deploy.

You stay in control. You decide how much to follow with, you can top up or unfollow whenever you want, and your funds stay in your account the whole time.

What a Pilot Is

A pilot is a verified trader on GE-AS who has opted into the Pilots programme. They trade their own capital using their own strategy. The platform tracks their performance publicly so you can see how they have done over the last 30 days before deciding to follow.

Becoming a pilot requires KYC verification, a 30+ day account age, and admin approval. Pilots earn 30% of every follower's profit as a reward for sharing their strategy.

How Following Works

When you follow a pilot:

  1. You pick an amount from your main balance to deploy.
  2. That amount becomes your follow wallet for that pilot.
  3. The pilot's trading approach (which markets they target, how aggressive their bids are, how they price their sells) is applied to your follow wallet.
  4. During every trading session, the system places bids on products in those same markets, sized to your wallet, using the pilot's rules.
  5. When those products sell, profits land back in your follow wallet.

You and the pilot are running the same approach in parallel, each on your own capital. The pilot is not borrowing your money. You are not lending them anything. Each side has its own wallet and its own positions.

Why It Is Not 1:1 Copying

The platform does not copy the pilot's exact bids onto your wallet. It cannot, and you would not want it to:

  • Pilot trades on a $10,000 wallet, you follow with $50. Copying their $500 bid would either skip your trades for being too large or idle most of your capital.
  • The system instead sizes every bid to your wallet using the pilot's rules. A pilot with the same strategy on different capital ends up holding different products, sized appropriately, but bought and sold under the same logic.

This is why a pilot with a $20 minimum entry can take followers from $20 up to $10,000+ and have all of them trading meaningfully, every session.

The Pilots Page

Open Pilots from the top navigation. The page has two tabs:

TabWhat It Shows
Browse PilotsEvery pilot accepting followers, with their 30-day performance.
My FollowsOnly shown once you are following one or more pilots. Lists your active follows.

If you have no follows, only the Browse tab is shown.

Reading a Pilot Card

Each pilot card on the Browse tab shows:

  • Avatar + Name: pilot identity.
  • Live dot: shown when the pilot is actively trading in the current session.
  • 30d Win: percentage of trades won over the last 30 days.
  • 30-day sparkline: visual line chart of recent performance.
  • 30D Profit: total profit the pilot has generated over the last 30 days on their own wallet.
  • Followers: number of users currently following.
  • Min: the minimum follow amount to start with this pilot.
  • Follow button: opens the pilot's profile, where you confirm and start following.

The button changes state depending on the pilot:

  • Follow with $X: pilot is accepting followers, click to open their profile.
  • Following: you already follow this pilot. Click to manage.
  • Opening soon: pilot is in their warmup period and not yet accepting followers.

Pilot Status

A pilot can be in one of three states, shown on their profile:
