Apply for a Grant

The 2026 Merchant Grant Initiative is GE-AS's funding programme for store owners who want to scale into regional distribution. Selected applicants receive trading capital in tiers from $200 up to $100,000, used inside the GE-AS ecosystem to grow their store.

This page covers eligibility, the grant tiers, the application form, and what happens after you apply.

Before You Apply

You need:

• A KYC-verified account.
• An active AI Trading Bot on your account. If you do not have an active bot, the Grant page will show an "Active AI Bot Required" notice and the form is blocked.
• A managed network of active stores (other GE-AS users referred by you or part of your network). The size required depends on the grant tier.

Applications must be submitted within the first 7 days of your AI tool's activation. This is checked on submission.

Grant Tiers

Grants come in six tiers. Each tier requires a specific AI tool and a minimum network size:

The Executive Bonus on the $5,000 and $20,000 tiers is paid in addition to the grant capital, and is fully withdrawable.

Tier Criteria Are Non-Cumulative

Each tier requires demonstrating a newly built managed network. Once a network is used to qualify for a grant, it is retired from eligibility for future grants. To move to a higher tier, you build a new network. Stagnant or recycled data does not advance you.

How to Apply

1. Open Apply for Grant from the Apply menu.
2. Read the Grant Structure, Compliance Protocols, and Executive Deliverables sections.
3. Scroll to the Grant Application Form.
4. Select the grant tier you are applying for.
5. Fill in your details:
   • Full name
   • Location
   • Reason for applying: why you want the grant.
   • Number of active stores: your current managed network size.
   • Product categories: the categories you plan to sell in.
   • Why you deserve this grant: free text, explain your case.
   • Active AI Bot: pick from the dropdown of your active bots.
   • Promotional strategy: how you plan to promote the GE-AS platform.
   • Channels: where you will promote (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, communities, etc.).
   • Social networks: URLs to your profiles and communities.
   • Email: your contact email.
   • Other contact methods: WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
6. Submit.

You will see a confirmation that your application is under review.

Compliance and Capital Protocols

If your grant is approved, the following rules apply:

• 60-day cycle: grant capital stays inside the GE-AS trading ecosystem for a mandatory 60-day period. No external withdrawals of the principal during this period.
• Reconciliation: the principal must be reconciled within the 60-day window so capital can recycle to the next wave of grantees.
• Capital is for inventory turnover only: grant funds are used to bid on, hold, and sell inventory within the platform.
• Profit retention: any profit you generate above the grant principal is yours and can be moved to your Main Wallet using Withdraw Grant Profit.
• Documentation: ambassadors maintain accurate reporting and timely submissions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or revocation.

Executive Deliverables

Grant recipients are treated as GE-AS Brand Ambassadors. The expectations:

1. Public-facing leadership: live AMAs, video conferences, stakeholder briefings. Text-only engagement is not enough.
2. Verifiable evidence: video documentation of inventory receipt, stocking activity, and grant-funded product deployment, uploaded to the portal.
3. Performance bonuses: as listed in the tier table above.
4. Network renewal: each new grant requires a new managed network.
5. Operational compliance: accurate reporting, timely submissions, full programme adherence.
6. Strategic benefits: expanded operational capacity, accelerated store growth, full retention of grant-generated profits.

After You Apply

Your application is reviewed by the admin team. You will be notified by email when there is an update on your status. There is no fixed SLA on grant review, since selection is based on ecosystem contribution and operational efficiency rather than a queue order.

Once approved, your grant capital is credited to your Grant Funds balance. From there:

• It trades through your AI Bot.
• Profits accumulate above the principal.
• After the 60-day cycle ends, profits move to your Main Wallet via Withdraw Grant Profit.

If Your Application Is Declined

A decline is not permanent. Most declines are due to:

• Application submitted more than 7 days after AI tool activation.
• Network size below the required threshold for the tier you selected.
• Incomplete supporting information.

Build your network, get to the threshold of the next tier, and apply again with the new criteria met.
