Become a Vendor
The Affiliate Vendor programme lets you list your own products on GE-AS for other traders to bid on and sell. You apply, upload your products, ship them to us, and earn commissions on every sale.
This page covers how vendorship works, the application form, and what happens once you are approved.
How It Works
- Apply by filling out the vendor application form with your products.
- Wait for approval. Each product is reviewed by the admin team.
- Send approved products to GE-AS through a trusted courier service. The drop-off location is sent to you per product.
- Products go live on the platform once received. They become available for traders to bid on.
- Earn commissions on every sale of your products.
The full process moves you from store owner to GE-AS-listed vendor with your inventory circulating through the platform's trading sessions.
Eligibility
- KYC verified account.
- Minimum total product value of $10,000. You can submit multiple products in one application as long as the combined value is at least $10,000.
How to Apply
- Open Apply for Vendorship from the Apply menu.
- Read the "How It Works" section to understand the full programme.
- Scroll to the Vendorship Application Form.
- Enter the number of products you want to submit. The form expands to show that many product blocks.
- For each product, fill in:
- Location: your full address (country, state, city/town, house address). This is used to determine the closest drop-off point for you and reduce delivery cost.
- Product Name
- Product Category (see the list below)
- Product Value (in USD)
- Product Quantity
- Main Image (required)
- Second Image (optional)
- Repeat for each product.
- Submit.
You will see a confirmation that your application is under review.

After You Apply
Your application moves to the My Vendor Dashboard, where you can track progress. See My Store for the full dashboard walkthrough.
The review covers each product individually. A product can be approved or declined, independently of others in the same application.
Pricing Your Products
Set the value to match what the product is genuinely worth in the open market. Inflated values are flagged at review and may cause the product (or the whole application) to be declined. Realistic, accurate pricing speeds up approval and helps your inventory sell.
Shipping Approved Products
Once a product is approved, it appears in your Vendor Dashboard under "Approved products to send to us":
- Pack the product carefully.
- Use a trusted courier service. Ship to the drop-off location attached to the product.
- Once shipped, return to your Vendor Dashboard and click Sent on that product.
- The product is verified on arrival and listed on the platform for bidding.
Commissions and Payouts
You earn commissions on every sale of your listed products. Earnings are credited to your Main Wallet and can be withdrawn through the standard Main Wallet withdrawal flow.
If Your Application Is Declined
A decline is not permanent. The most common reasons:
- Total product value below the $10,000 minimum.
- Pricing not aligned with realistic market value.
- Insufficient or unclear product images.
- Incomplete location or address details.
Address the feedback and re-apply with updated details.
