Withdraw from Main Wallet
Your main wallet holds your personal funds: deposits and sell profits. When you want to cash out, you withdraw USDT from this balance to your own crypto wallet.
KYC verification is required for withdrawals. If you have not verified yet, see KYC Verification.
Before Your First Withdrawal
Add a withdrawal wallet address to your profile:
- Go to Account Settings.
- In the wallet field, paste your USDT (Solana) wallet address.
- Save.
This is the address every withdrawal from your main wallet will be sent to. Double-check it before saving. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address you entered.
How to Withdraw
- Open Withdraw Funds from the side menu.
- You will see your current Main Balance at the top of the page.
- In the Withdraw Funds section, enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- The Withdrawal Charges line updates live with the fee in USDT.
- Click Withdraw Amount.
- A confirmation modal walks you through the final steps.
Your withdrawal is queued for processing.
Withdrawal Minimums
The minimum withdrawal amount is shown above the amount field. The first withdrawal you make may have a different minimum than subsequent ones, so the exact figure on screen is what applies to you at that moment.
Withdrawal Fees
A percentage fee applies to each withdrawal. The current rate is shown on the withdraw page, and the fee amount in USDT updates live as you type.
Tracking Your Withdrawal
Every withdrawal appears in the My Withdrawal History table at the bottom of the Withdraw Funds page:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted, queued for processing. |
| Approved | Processed and sent to your wallet address. |
| Failed | Could not be completed. Contact support for the reason. |
How Long It Takes
Withdrawals are processed in batches. Most clear within a few hours, though it can take longer during high volume.
If Something Goes Wrong
- My withdrawal shows Failed. Contact support with the date and amount. The most common causes are an invalid wallet address in your profile or insufficient balance at submission time.
- My withdrawal shows Approved but I have not received the funds. Check your wallet address on the Solana explorer. If the transaction has confirmed on-chain but the funds are not in your wallet, you likely sent them to the wrong address (one that you do not control). Contact support but recovery is rarely possible.
- I want to change my withdrawal address. Update it in Account Settings. Any future withdrawals use the new address. Pending withdrawals already in the queue use the address that was on file when you submitted.
Verify Your Wallet Address Before Saving
Your withdrawal address is set once in Account Settings. Every withdrawal uses it. Send a small test deposit to confirm you control the address before withdrawing a large amount.
