Redeem Coupon

Coupons are codes that unlock value on your account. They might add funds to your Main Wallet, give you free products, or unlock a bonus. You enter the code on the Redeem Coupon page and the reward is applied instantly.

Where to Find Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are distributed through:

• Promotions
• Special events
• Referral rewards
• Email campaigns

Follow the GE-AS social media channels to stay updated on active coupon drops.

Types of Coupons

Type	What It Does
Balance Coupon	Adds funds directly to your Main Wallet. Use them for trading or withdraw them.
Product Coupon	Adds product(s) to your inventory. View them in My Inventory and sell them on the marketplace.

The type of a coupon is determined by the code. You do not pick the type, the coupon contains it.

How to Redeem a Coupon

1. Open Redeem Coupon from the side menu.
2. In the Enter code field, type or paste your coupon code. Codes look like ABC-1234-XYZ.
3. Click Redeem.

If the code is valid, the reward is applied to your account immediately:

• Balance coupon: amount appears in your Main Wallet.
• Product coupon: product(s) appear in My Inventory.

Tracking Redemptions

Every coupon you redeem appears in the Your Redemption History table below the redemption form. The table shows what was redeemed, when, and the value or product attached.

Rules

• One use per account. Once a coupon code has been redeemed on your account, it cannot be redeemed again, even if you have it written down.
• Coupons can expire. Some coupons are tied to a specific promotion window. After it closes, the code stops working.
• Coupons are non-transferable. Once a code has been redeemed on any account, it is consumed and cannot be redeemed elsewhere.

If a Coupon Does Not Work

• "Invalid code": check for typos. Codes are case-sensitive in some campaigns. Try copy-pasting from the original source.
• "Already redeemed": this code has been used on an account already, possibly yours. Check your Redemption History.
• "Expired": the promotion window has closed. Watch for new campaigns.

If the code is from an official GE-AS source and the error does not match any of the above, contact support with the exact code and where you got it from.
