Deposit Crypto (Manual · Pay & Confirm)
The manual deposit method is for users who prefer to send funds from their own wallet or exchange and confirm the transaction themselves. You see a deposit address, send USDT to it, then paste the transaction signature so the platform can verify and credit your balance.
Use this method if:
- You are sending from a centralised exchange (Binance, Bybit, Kraken, etc.) instead of a browser wallet.
- The Auto · Connect Wallet flow does not work with your wallet.
- You prefer full control over the send step.
What You Need
- A Solana wallet or an exchange account that supports USDT withdrawals on Solana.
- USDT on the Solana network.
- The transaction signature and your sending wallet address after you make the transfer.
Supported Network
USDT on Solana (SPL) only. The ERC20 (Ethereum) option is currently unavailable.
How to Deposit
- Go to Deposit Funds from the side menu or click Deposit Funds on your dashboard.
- Click the Manual · Pay & Confirm tab.
- You will see a deposit address with a QR code and a Copy button.
- Send USDT (SPL) on the Solana network from your wallet or exchange to that address.
- Once your transfer is confirmed in your wallet or exchange, copy the transaction signature.
- Back on the Deposit Funds page, fill in the form:
- Amount you are sending: enter the USDT amount you sent. Minimum is $20 USDT.
- Transaction signature (from your wallet / explorer): paste the signature.
- Your sending wallet address: paste the Solana public key the funds came from.
- Click the I have paid button to submit for confirmation.
- The flow runs through four verification steps and credits your balance once the on-chain transaction is verified.
Solana Network Only
Send USDT (SPL) on the Solana network only. Sending any other token or using a different network will result in permanent loss of funds. There is no way to recover funds sent to the wrong network.
Where to Find the Transaction Signature
- Phantom / Solflare / Backpack: open the activity tab, click the transfer, copy the signature.
- Binance / Bybit / OKX: open withdrawal history, click the withdrawal, copy the TxID.
- Solscan or any explorer: search your sending address, find the transaction, copy the signature from the URL or detail page.
What Happens After You Submit
The platform runs four verification steps:
| Step | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Validate inputs | The signature and amount are checked for format. |
| Prepare submission | Your deposit record is created. |
| Register deposit | The deposit is added to the verification queue. |
| Awaiting on-chain confirmation | The transaction is verified on Solana. Once confirmed, your balance is credited. |
This is usually automatic and takes a few minutes. If your deposit stays pending for more than 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction signature.
If Something Goes Wrong
- I sent the funds but cannot find my transaction signature. Search your sending wallet address on solscan.io and look for the most recent USDT transfer. Copy the signature from the URL.
- My deposit shows Failed. Click View on the row in your Deposit History. The detail page tells you why. Common causes: wrong network used, wrong receiving address, signature does not match the sending address you entered.
- I sent to the wrong network. Funds sent to the wrong network cannot be recovered. Contact support with details, but recovery is rarely possible.
- I sent the wrong amount. As long as the transaction signature and sending address are correct, the platform credits whatever amount actually arrived.
Tracking Your Deposit
Every deposit appears in the Deposit History table at the bottom of the Deposit Funds page. Statuses:
- Pending confirmation: submitted, on-chain verification in progress.
- Completed: verified and credited to your balance.
- Failed: verification failed. Click View for the reason.
Click View on any row to see the verification progress, transaction signature, and a direct link to Solscan.
When Deposits Are Suspended
Occasionally the deposit system is paused for maintenance. If deposits are suspended, you will see a notice on the Deposit Funds page with the expected resume time.
