Risk Disclosure
Using GE-AS involves risk. This page lays out what those risks are so you can make informed decisions about how much capital to commit and what to expect.
This is not legal or financial advice. If you are unsure, consult a qualified advisor before depositing funds.
General Trading Risk
- Capital is at risk. Funds you deposit into GE-AS can lose value. Bids may not result in profitable sells. Markets shift. Outcomes vary.
- Past performance does not predict future results. A pilot, AI plan, or strategy that performed well in the past may perform poorly going forward.
- Do not deposit more than you can afford to lose. Treat trading capital as risk capital. Funds you cannot afford to lose should not be on any trading platform, ours or anyone else's.
AI Trading Plan Risk
- The return ranges published on each AI plan are target ranges, not guarantees.
- Actual results vary by plan tier, market conditions, and the 30-day cycle's individual sessions.
- A plan can underperform its published range. In rare cases it can return less than your funded capital.
- Your funded capital and any results stay subject to platform rules during the 30-day cycle.
Pilot Mode Risk
- A pilot's historical win rate and profit do not guarantee your future results when following them.
- Your follow wallet runs the same strategy as the pilot, but on your capital and your independent positions. Outcomes will differ from the pilot's own performance.
- Pilots can have losing days, losing weeks, or change their strategy at any time.
- Internal safety mechanisms exist to protect followers, but they do not eliminate the possibility of loss.
ICTP Risk
- The $50 ICTP principal is locked in the programme and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. It remains in your account for trading only.
- Only profit above the $50 principal can be transferred to your Main Wallet, subject to the 60/40 split.
- Your ICTP balance can fall below the $50 starting level through losing trades.
Grant Programme Risk
- Approved grant capital is locked in the programme for a mandatory 60-day cycle.
- The principal cannot be withdrawn during the cycle.
- Only profit above the original approved capital can be moved to your Main Wallet.
- Failure to comply with grant programme rules can result in suspension or revocation of the grant.
Crypto and Network Risk
- Funds sent to the wrong network cannot be recovered. GE-AS supports USDT on Solana only for deposits and withdrawals. Sending USDT on any other network results in permanent loss.
- Funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered. Verify your withdrawal address carefully every time you set it. Once a transaction confirms on-chain, it cannot be reversed.
- Network conditions affect timing. Solana congestion can slow deposits and withdrawals. Periods of high network load are normal and not a platform fault.
Account and Security Risk
- Compromised accounts result in lost funds. If your password and 2FA email are compromised, an attacker can withdraw your balance. Account security is your responsibility. See Security Best Practices.
- GE-AS cannot reverse withdrawals you authorised. A withdrawal that was signed off with your password and 2FA code is treated as a legitimate user action.
- Lost email access is a real risk. Your email is the recovery key. Losing access to it without a backup recovery method can mean lost account access.
Platform Risk
- GE-AS may pause deposits, withdrawals, or trading for maintenance or system updates. Notice is given on the relevant page when known in advance.
- The platform's features, fee schedule, or rules may change. Updates take effect when published.
- Regulatory developments in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to use the platform.
Regulatory and Jurisdictional Risk
- GE-AS is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Sanctioned and excluded regions are listed in Restricted Regions. Using the platform from an excluded region may result in account suspension.
- Cryptocurrency and online arbitrage may be regulated differently in your country. You are responsible for understanding your local rules.
- Tax obligations on profits earned through the platform are your responsibility.
Third-Party Risk
- Crypto wallets: GE-AS does not control your personal wallet. Your seed phrase, private keys, and wallet security are your responsibility.
- Remvo: Naira deposits are processed by Remvo, a third-party provider. Their terms and uptime are separate from GE-AS.
- Bank transfers: speeds and reliability depend on your bank, not GE-AS.
No Guarantees
GE-AS does not guarantee:
- Specific returns on any product, plan, pilot, or trading activity.
- Continuous uninterrupted service.
- That every bid will be matched, every sell will close, or every transaction will succeed first try.
- The future availability of any feature, programme, or balance type.
