Deposit with Local Currency (Remvo)

Remvo lets you fund your main wallet using your local currency by bank transfer. You pay from your bank and your USDT balance is credited automatically. No crypto wallet is needed.

Who Can Use This Method

Remvo is available in selected regions. If you are eligible, the Remvo deposit card appears at the top of your Deposit Funds page. We are rolling out to more regions over time, so check back if you do not see it today.

What You Need

  • A local bank account in a supported region.
  • Access to your bank app or USSD.

That is all. You do not need a crypto wallet, a Solana address, or any chain tokens.

How to Deposit

  1. Go to Deposit Funds from the side menu or click the Deposit Funds button on your dashboard.
  2. At the top of the page you will see the Remvo card: Pay with Naira, credited in minutes. Click Deposit with Remvo Card.
  3. The Remvo widget opens on top of the page.
  4. Choose the amount you want to deposit.
  5. The widget shows you the bank account details to transfer to and the exact Naira amount to send.
  6. Open your bank app or USSD and complete the transfer.
  7. Return to the Remvo widget and confirm payment.

Once Remvo detects the transfer, your USDT balance is credited automatically. No further action needed.

Use the Reference Provided

The Remvo widget gives you a unique reference for each deposit. Use that exact reference when making your bank transfer. It is how the system matches your payment to your account.

How Long It Takes

Most deposits credit within a few minutes of the bank transfer clearing. If your bank is slow, it can take a little longer, but the process is fully automatic once the transfer hits.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Funds left your bank but my balance has not updated. Wait 5 to 10 minutes. If still missing, contact support with the bank transfer reference and a screenshot of the transfer confirmation.
  • The Remvo widget will not open. Refresh the page. If it still does not appear, try a different browser or clear your cache.
  • I made the transfer but closed the widget. Your payment is still tied to the reference you used. As long as the bank transfer goes through with the correct reference, the deposit will credit.

Tracking Your Deposit

Every deposit appears in the Deposit History table at the bottom of the Deposit Funds page. The status starts as Pending and switches to Completed when the funds are credited.

Click View on any row to see the full deposit details.

When Deposits Are Suspended

Occasionally the deposit system is paused for maintenance. If deposits are suspended, you will see a notice on the Deposit Funds page with the expected resume time. Naira deposits resume at the same time as other methods.
